



Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation or failure of arrival we will endeavor to re-book the room. If we can not re-book the room there will be a charge of 66% of the total cost of the reservation. All cancellations must be in writing by letter or email. We can not give a reduction to temporary absence or early departure, this is standard practice within the Holiday Industry.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended.
Arrival & Departure Times
Philip and Jayne can not guarantee the rooms will be available before 4pm and guests are requested to vacate on day of departure before 10am. please.
Please could you inform us if your arrival time is after 7pm .
Parking is in the quiet lane outside the house.
If you have any special dietary requirements or allergies please inform us at time of booking and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
We provide soft down pillows, but if you would prefer non allergenic pillows please ask and we can provide you with them.
Children over the age of 12 years are very welcome.
We regret that we can not accommodated pets.
For the comfort of our guests Atlantic House operates a
“NO SMOKING” Policy throughout the house.
Room or Equipment Damage/Exceptional Cleaning
We reserve the right to make a charge for damage to the room and/or equipment and/or exceptional cleaning. This charge will include the full cost of the room if it is rendered unusable for 24 hours.
